HOW CAN YOU ACCESS OUR SERVICES?
If you are a survivor of sexual abuse or violence or, a professional supporting a survivor you can refer into SOS Rape Crisis to access our support services.
SOS Rape Crisis encourages survivors to self-refer to the service. We recognise that some people find this difficult so we are happy to talk through the referral with the survivor.
SOS Rape Crisis also accepts referrals from third party agencies with the strict consent of the survivor.
SOS Rape Crisis services are confidential. All referrals can be made through email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling 01702 667590.
- Women’s Support & Advocacy – for women aged 18+.
- Adult Counselling – for women aged 18+.
- Young Person’s Counselling – Children and young people aged 11 years +
HOW TO REFER
It is best if the person who is in need of the support refers themselves to the service.
If they are not able to do this then professionals and supporters can make the referral on behalf of the survivor with consent. Please email email@example.com or 01702 667590.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
When SOS Rape Crisis has received the referral we will arrange a first meeting with the survivors to look at the support needs that can best help them. If you have any queries at all regarding referrals please contact us.
We recommend that self-referrals email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call: 01702 667590
Professionals are encouraged to use the SOS Rape Crisis referral form that is available by emailing email@example.com or by calling: 01702 667590
